It's been said that small towns are able to kill dreams, plans and ambitions of young generations.
Fortunately life is fascinating even unpredictable, so as to give rise to real exceptions.
This is the story of an 'exception that is born in Italy, in a small provincial town and arrives to California, United States.
It begins in the second half of 2000 in Voghera, just an unkwnown place for the italian press
Destination of this town is well-defined: dormitory town.
But someone in this place never really wanted to spleep, instead this one is going to wake up the others playing guitar riffs at highest volume.
From all this said comes the band. Everything is different from the others starting with the band name: A CRIME CALLED ...
A name that wants to enhance the criminal side, outlaw and wild hidden in everyone in the band.
The ellipses mean everything and nothing at the same time. Everyone can imagine something different hidden in the band name...
The long journey of the band starts from the basement where A CRIME CALLED... started practicing then approaching first concerts in the local area. Soon the
band realized that they needed bigger cities such as Milan, Turin and Bologna to fully express their art
The real turning point though came in the summer of 2009 when the band met on their way Dualized, a young producer just returned from Los Angeles, where he
collaborated with musician and producer Logan Mader (former Machine Head). From this encounter both parties had good vibes and the friendship that was born
lead the two sides to join forces and work together for the birth of the band's new album. Suddenly joins the team another great producer: Eddy Cavazza, who
already collaborated on several works of Dualized . The joining of these forces give light to "BEYOND THESE DAYS", an album of 8 songs that forecasts nothing
but good ideas starting from the preproduction. A finished mixed album needs a mastering worthy of note. The mastering is done by Mika Jussila (who already
collaborated with bands like HIM) at Finnvox Studio Helsinki. The highly professional mastering gives the album a deadly impact and an american taste. Hence
the choice of finding a label overseas.
The label chosen in early 2012 is the american-California based Reality Entertainment.
Born at the beginning of 2013 the collaboration with ALPHAOMEGA MANAGEMENT . alex Azzali works daily to the development of the band.
